Legal aid allows people to get help from a lawyer for their legal problems. The Legal Aid Board can provide funding for people to get legal advice and representation and it is available to assist with the legal cost in connection with a range of subject areas including Family Law, Divorce and Separation, Compensation Claims, Wills and Powers of Attorney, Criminal Law.

Applying for legal aid
